Nearly $40,000 in grants approved

At its recent meeting on April 23, the Bethlehem Foundation Board of Directors voted to approve $37,500 in grants, consistent with the vision, mission, and values of Bethlehem Lutheran Church Twin Cities (BLCTC).

In the BLCTC Program category, additional website redesign for the church was awarded $4,000 and special bus transportation for the May 3rd all-church event in Minnetonka was awarded $3,000.

Four seminary students will each get a $2,5000 grant for their studies/degree completion, totaling $10,000.

In the Outreach category, the Bethlehem Music Series was awarded $15,000 to the publication of a 45th anniversary book and $5,500 was awarded to the Division of Indian Work specifically for their Ninde Doula program.
